Hi Claudia,

My trip to Peru was absolutely amazing and I had an excellent time. The highlight was obviously the Inca Trail to Macchupichu which was a dream come true. The standard of food and how helpful the porters were was also extremely impressive - we had so much good food we were never left hungry. It was a hard walk but the rewards were priceless and I'll never forget the fun memories.

Thanks for all your help - I am so happy with the service and would definitely reccomend you to anyone.

El Hotel Samay en Cusco y Hanaqpacha en Aguas Calientes han cumplido bien sus expectativas. El servicio de ambos és bueno (desayuno, habitación, etc...)

En cuanto al hotel en Aguas Calientes, pues muy bien. Todo muy adecuado a su standard y diría que incluso un poco mas.

Realmente el viaje estuvo muy bien y cumplió con creces nuestras expectativas. Todo el programa se cumplió según lo esperado y sin inconvenientes. Todos los guías locales fueron de excelente calidad y nivel de conocimiento.

Respecto a los hoteles, nos gustó más el de Cuzco. En realidad ambos están bien, pero lo único que puedo criticar es que el hotel en Lima tenía muy mal aislamiento acústico, lo cual en un principio nos molestó.

Estamos de vuelta en nuestra casa, luego del viaje de placer, que resulto conocer Cusco, Machu Pichu y fundamentalmente el valle Sagrado (para mi Encantado) La verdad tienen que sentirse orgullosos como Peruanos, de las bellezas naturales que tienen y fundamentalmente de la cultura ancestral que heredaron (mas de 5500 años antes de Cristo- segun nos comentaron), es bueno reconocer cuando todo salio bien, a excepción, de quien tenia que ir a buscarnos al Aeropuerto de Lima (a nuestra llegada) , que se retraso, pero gracias al contacto que me diste de Enjoy Peru para nuestra visita, fue rapidamente superado. Muy bueno el contacto de Enjoy Peru en Cusco, (Alan) un verdadero profesional y una persona muy afable, lo mismo puedo decir del guia que nos toco en el tour de los alrededores de Cusco, que resulto tambien el guia del valle sagrado (Samuel), muy buena la elección de los hoteles (tanto el de Cusco - El Dorado) como el de Aguas Calientes. El personal del Hotel de Cusco nos hicieron sentir como si estuvieramos en nuestra casa - a pesar del poco tiempo que compartimos con ellos. Te comento una anecdota, soy contrario a los Mac Donald, y demas proovedores de comida chatarra. Pero en Cusco me hice habitue de Bembos que para mi gusto y vista, es notablemente superior, por tamaño y calidad de los productos que te ofrecen la competencia.

Sin dudar, te recomendaremos a nuestras amistades, que quieran conocer esas culturas, esperamos poder volver y quedarnos al menos un par de dias, en el valle Sagrado, especialmente donde almorzamos, que ademas de las comidas tipicamente locales, disfrutamos de las canciones locales y universales ejecutadas con instrumentos de viento andinos.

Estoy enviando copia de la presente al Ing. Justo Torres, quien fue el propiciante de que nosotros te conocieramos.

Desde ya quedamos a tus ordenes, por cualquier tramite o solicitud tuya, que podamos desde Argentina poder colaborar en su consecución.

Thanks for your organisation of our Peru trip. Everything worked and the transfer from the Lima International airport on our arrival at night was waiting for us even our flight was 2hours delayed.
The chosen hotel was very fine, clean and the stuff was very friendly. The daytrip concerning the flight over the Lines was well organized and we joined it very much!

Well I am now back in Australia after a very enjoyable trip to South America and particularly Peru.

I would like to express my appreciation to yourself and the Kontiki staff at Puno for making my very quick visit to the area so enjoyable and interesting.

My comments on the particular aspects of the visit are as follows:

1.- Pick up from train and transfer to hotel

• Janet, the representative from Kontiki was at the station to meet me and to escort me to the hotel
• The transport was very clean and comfortable and both Janet and the driver were very friendly and helpful
• Janet organized the check-in at the hotel and clarified all arrangements for the following day.
• The hotel was of a very good standard although a lift would have been appreciated because the high altitude made any exertion difficult.
• All staff at the hotel were very friendly and courteous.

2.- Tour of Lake Titicaca

• Pick up was slightly late but Janet rang the hotel to give me the new pick up time.
• The bus was clean and comfortable.
• The guide on the boat tour was informative and helpful
• Weather prevented us from reaching Taquille but alternative arrangements were made very quickly and to the satisfaction of all passengers

3.- Transfer from hotel to Juliaca airport

• Pick up time was reconfirmed on previous night.
• Pick up was exactly on time
• Transport was clean and comfortable
• Tour of Sillustani was cut short on my request as I was very unwell.
• Janet helped me check in at the airport and got me through very quickly by explaining that I was not well.

In summary I would like to say that all aspects of my tour were completely satisfactory and that I would have no hesitation recommending Enjoy Peru to any other traveler.

Hola como andas? te cuento que nuestro viaje estuvo maravilloso y muy por encima de lo que esperábamos.
Tu país es de lo mas hermoso y la gente del lugar es simplemente maravillosa. Te cuento que tu empresa cumplio gratamente con todo lo pactado, no solo por la atencion que nos brindaron sino tambien por la puntualidad en la que se llevaron a cabo cada uno de los programas. Seba y yo no tuvimos que quedarnos nunca plantados esperando a nadie porque al llegar siempre habia personal de la empresa que nos estaba aguardando.
Iquitos es maravilloso, el guia que nos proporcionaron alli (Jhonny) estuvo siempre a nuestra disposición, y dado que habia nacido en el lugar nos proporciono un monton de información sobre cada planta, animal y lugar que visitamos. Imaginate que hasta el tiempo fue bueno con nosotros ya que pudimos realizar cada una de las excursiones previstas sin ningun contratiempo. El alojamiento alli tambien estuvo genial, Sebas y yo nos desintoxicamos de los ruidos y nos desconectamos de todo. La gente de ambos lodges fue muy atenta y siempre estaban a nuestra disposición. En Cuzco tambien fuimos excelentemente recibidos, no dejo de resaltar la amabilidad de las personas que nos atendieron en todos los alojamientos a los que fuimos, que dicho sea de paso eran hermosos, así como tamnbien quiero hacer mencion nuevamente a la puntualidad en la que se desenvolvieron.
Te agradezco infinitamente por habernos hecho pasar unos dias maravillosos y memorables, no dudamos en volver pronto a tu pais que terminó por enamorarnos y por supuesto que en caso de un nuevo viaje volveriamos a contratar sus servicios puesto que estamos plenamente conformes con todo lo que nos brindaron.
